Refund & Returns Policy
Everything you need to know about returning a Genful Sciences product.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@genfulsciences.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will expedite a replacement to you at no additional cost.
